UNI EN 9001:2008

In 1987, the International Organization ISO (International Standards Organization) has issued a set of rules - known as ISO 9000 - to standardize the exchange of goods and services in the world. The ISO 9000 defines above all the qualitative aspects of this exchange to a company and indicate how it should work to ensure a consistent level of quality and meet all needs of its customers. Even Italy, together with the European Union, is a member of ISO and takes care of translating the ISO 9000 for our nation.The ISO 9001:2000 has been developed with reference to an organizational model based on process management, using eight principles of quality management, all essential for good corporate management.

Televideocom has a Quality Management System in accordance with UNI EN ISO 9001:2000 EA33 field and can bear the logo of the British UKAS Quality Management, the largest and oldest accrediting agency in the world.

UNI EN ISO 14001:2004

The ISO 14001:2004 is set on the principles of a management system providing planning, execution, control and improvement actions; the application of ISO 14001 defines the most important requirements to identify, control and monitor the environmental aspects .

ISO/IEC 27001:2005

The international standard ISO / IEC 27001:2005 is intended to set up a system for managing information security (ISMS) aligning it with the company's business requirements.
This system considers all aspects of security such as the organizational, technical and legal domain addressing risks associated with each of them in the best way, and ultimately providing a whole framework to govern this area in a structured way and consistent with international best practices. In a nutshell, the ISMS is based on the concept of initial risk assessment and subsequent implementation of the countermeasures necessary to reduce it to an acceptable level.

Certification CDSA

CDSA certification, issued by the Content Delivery and Storage Association, under the protection and security program, is developed by a worldwide consortium of ICT experts and certifies ownership of a set of requirements, standards, regarding creation, management and delivery procedures of digital and physical contents.

SOA Certification

SOA certification is a document that certifies the ownership of all the requirements of Article 8 of Law February 11, 1994, No 109. In fact, under existing legislation in the field of public contracts, the SOA certification is now a necessary and sufficient document to prove the company's ability to perform (either directly or contracted out) public works, supply and installation with a starting auction more than € 150,000.00. This qualification (SOA) is valid for five years (unless it is verified the validity of the third year since the first release) and is evaluated on the basis of technical and economic analysis of the last five years of activity of the company, prior to the request for qualifications. SOA certification qualifies the company to outsource work to categories and classifications amounts.
